| Air Source Heat Pump |

Echome have just completed a renewable heating solution in a large commercial property in West London. Using an Air Source Heat pump, heat is now generated in both warehouse and office space. The client had previously used portable electricity heaters to heat rooms up to 55 sq m this proved both expensive and inefficient. Since the implementation of the heat pump in December 2009 the heating bills have been cut by 1/3. Click below for more information:

| Solar Electric (Photovoltaic) |

Currently Echome are working on an electric system using solar photovoltaic panels for a landlord who rents out a house to 7 tenants. The landlord pays for all the bills so this solution will enable him to make savings as he has no direct method to control usage of his tenants. Any extra electricity that is generated by this system and isn’t used is sold back to the national grid further reducing the electricity bills. |

| Solar Hot Water System |

In January 2010 Echome completed a new hot water system using solar panels for a domestic property in Middlesex, this provides up to 70% hot water for a large family in a 6 bed house. This will provide the family savings on their hot water bills for years to come. |  |
